Quantity Surveyor
Position: Quantity Surveyor
Report To : Senior Quantity Surveyor
Duty & Responsibilities :
- Support in preparing cost estimates for construction projects by analysing drawings, specifications, and other relevant documents. This involves gathering data on materials, labour, equipment, and overhead costs.
- Assist in conducting quantity take-off from construction drawings and specifications, as well as in preparing bills of quantities (BOQ) or schedules of rates for tendering and procurement purposes.
- Aid in the tendering process by assisting in the preparation of tender documents, organizing and distributing tender packages, and tracking tender submissions from contractors and suppliers.
- Support in the procurement process by assisting with the evaluation of bids, compiling bid comparison reports, and participating in negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Assist in administering construction contracts by helping to review and interpret contract terms and conditions, tracking contract deliverables, and preparing documentation such as payment certificates.
- Aid in monitoring project costs against budgets by gathering and organizing cost data, assisting in the analysis of cost variances, and contributing to cost control measures to prevent budget overruns.
- Assist in maintaining accurate project documentation, including updating quantity surveying records, compiling progress reports, and documenting changes to project scope, specifications, or requirements.
- Work collaboratively with other members of the project team, including senior quantity surveyors, project managers, engineers, and sub-contractors, and communicate effectively to ensure smooth project execution.
- Follow established procedures, guidelines, and industry standards in carrying out quantity surveying tasks, and seek guidance from senior colleagues as needed to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Academic Requirement
- Possess at least bachelor’s degree in quantity surveyor or equivalent.

Project Engineer
Position: Engineer
Report To : Project Manager
Duty & Responsibilities :
- Responsible for developing detailed design plans and engineering shop drawings for infrastructure projects.
- Ensure that infrastructure projects comply with relevant regulations, codes, and standards. They obtain necessary permits and approvals from regulatory authorities and ensure that projects adhere to environmental, health, and safety regulations.
- During the construction phase, civil engineers oversee construction activities, ensuring that work is carried out according to design specifications and quality standards. They coordinate with construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve technical issues and address challenges that arise on-site.
- Implement quality assurance and control measures to ensure that infrastructure projects meet quality standards and specifications. They conduct inspections, tests, and audits to monitor construction progress and identify any defects or deficiencies that need to be addressed.
- Coordinate project activities and develop construction schedules to ensure that work is completed on time and within budget. They allocate resources efficiently, manage construction timelines, and track progress against project milestones.
- Identify and assess risks associated with infrastructure projects, including technical, financial, and environmental risks. They develop risk management strategies to mitigate potential threats and ensure project success.
- Regular updates on project progress, address stakeholder concerns, and facilitate collaboration among project participants.
- After infrastructure projects are completed, involved in asset management and maintenance activities and develop maintenance plans, conduct inspections, and oversee repairs and upgrades to ensure the ongoing functionality and safety of infrastructure assets.
Academic Requirement

Project Manager
Position: Project Manager
Report To : Operation Executive
Duty & Responsibilities :
- Developing a comprehensive project plan, including defining project scope, objectives and timelines.
- Allocating resources effectively, including materials, equipment, and labour, to ensure efficient project execution.
- Identifying potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them, such as developing contingency plans for unforeseen circumstances.
- Monitoring project expenditures to ensure they remain within budgetary constraints and implementing cost-saving measures when necessary.
- Creating and maintaining project schedules, ensuring tasks are completed on time to meet project deadlines.
- Facilitating communication among each party, including clients, subcontractors, and team members, to ensure everyone is aligned with project goals and objectives.
- Implementing quality control measures to ensure that work meets specified standards and adheres to relevant regulations and codes.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and standards to maintain a safe working environment for all project participants.
- Addressing issues and resolving conflicts that arise during the course of the project, utilizing problem-solving skills to keep the project on track.
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or issues.
- Maintaining accurate project documentation, including contracts, permits, variation orders, and other relevant records.
Academic Requirement
- Possess at least bachelor’s degree in engineering/ quantity surveyor or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of working experience in account field
